§ 1 General information

All orders placed via the website and for our deliveries and services are exclusively subject to the following general terms and conditions, in the version that is valid at the time of the order. We do not accept any deviating provisions of the customer unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Ordering procedure
Once you have selected your desired products and placed them in the shopping bag, you can complete the purchase by proceeding to the checkout. Please select your preferred payment method in the checkout area: Visa or Paypal.
In the next step, enter your invoice address and a different delivery address, if applicable.
You will then find an order overview. In order to complete the purchase, it is necessary that you accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the right of withdrawal by one click.
You will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided.
All prices mentioned contain the legal value added tax and other price components plus postage. The prices are valid at the time of your order.
There may be differences between the product images and the real product.
Clockartz assumes no liability for product information provided by the manufacturer.
§ 3 Conclusion of contract
By sending the order form provided at our website to us, you will make a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement with us. You place the order when you have entered all information during the order process and finally send the order form to us by clicking the “Complete order”-button. The confirmation of the receipt of your order is made together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending your order by an automated e-mail. However, the contract of sale is only concluded with the delivery of the goods by Clockartz to you.
§ 4 Storage of the contract text
If you wish a printout of your order, you have the possibility to print out your confirmation of receipt, which you have received by e-mail.
§ 5 Payment, default of payment
You can pay your order at shop.clockartz.com via Paypal, Ideal or Credit Card. The seller reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods from the customer. All payments and credits are processed in Euros.

Payments via Paypal are processed via the Paypal payment system. For the payment with Paypal a registration with Paypal is necessary.
– Credit Card (Visa/ Mastercard)
§ 6 Shipping & Returns
1. Shipment to Italy and Europe.
2. Shipping is according to the shipping period specified in the product description. Should a delay nevertheless occur, for example because a product is not in stock at the manufacturer, Clockartz will inform the customer. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
3. Clockartz is entitled to make partial deliveries.

For Italy:
Up to 49€ purchase 8€ shipping costs
From 50-99€ purchase 5€ shipping costs
from 100€ no shipping costs
For Austria, Germany and Benelux (Holland, Belgium and Luxembourg)
Up to a weight of 4,99 kg always 18€ transport price
From 5,00 kg always 23€ transport price
All other European countries:
Up to a weight of 4,99 kg always 25€ transport price

The delivered goods remain the property of Clockartz until full payment has been received.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is San Paolo/Italy.
